Bookings & Payments

• A deposit may be required to reserve your event date. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward a rescheduled event if available.

• Final payment is due [X days] before the event unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Cancellations made [X days] or more before the event may be eligible to reschedule (subject to availability).

• If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, vehicle issues), we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund.

 

Event Day Details

• Please provide a safe and accessible location for the Snack Bus to park and serve.

• The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for the event location (if required).

 

Liability

• We follow safe food-handling practices and serve with care. However, we are not responsible for allergic reactions or issues arising from undisclosed dietary restrictions.

• Customers assume responsibility for guests at their event and any damages caused by them to the Snack Bus or equipment.

 

Privacy & Data

• Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
