Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Good Day Snack Bus, we do our best to make every event a sweet success. We understand that sometimes plans change, so here’s how refunds work:

 
Deposits
  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your event date and prevent us from booking with other customers.

  • If you need to reschedule, we’ll happily apply your deposit to a new date (subject to availability).

 
Event Cancellations by Customer
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before your event may be eligible for a partial refund of payments beyond the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, but we’ll work with you to reschedule if possible.

 
Event Cancellations by Us
  • In the rare case we must cancel due to weather, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose between:

    • A full refund (including your deposit), or

    • Rescheduling your event at no extra charge.

 
Products & Treats
  • All sales of snacks, frozen treats, and drinks are final once served. We cannot accept returns due to health and safety reasons.
